Our dynamic training program is designed for 5 to 11-year-olds to instill character, strength, and resilience from the ground up.
Together we’ll build strong, confident characters through fitness, strength, conditioning exercises as well as co-operative and competitive games.
All whilst having an outrageous amount of fun!
BUILDING STRONGER KIDS
Our vibrant community offers dynamic sessions tailored specifically for 5 to 11-year-olds, focusing on building character, strength, and resilience.
My goal is to get kids away from screens and into action-packed sessions that ignite their passion for fitness, whether they’re not drawn to traditional sports or seeking an alternative way to stay active and engaged.

High-intensity activites, scaled for all ages and abilities

Yoga exercises to improve flexibility, concentration, and mental well-being.
STRENGTH
Strength exercises to help develop muscle coordination, build confidence, and lay the foundation for lifelong fitness habits.

We play a variety of fun and fast-paced co-operative and competitive games.
